Kolby really wanted to make cupcakes but I felt that was going to be too much for my calorie count. However, we settled on chocolate pudding cookies with white chocolate chips. I found the recipe off my friend's blog www.themazats.blogspot.com. They turned out wonderfully! Kolby really liked mixing the dough and kept stealing little nibbles. His favorite was using the electic mixer and then smashing the dough balls. Of course, eating them was great as well! Kolby also helped with the dishes. If he could only get the dishes cleaned without soaking himself and the floor!
Wow, they actually forecasted a blizzard. There is so much snow! We measured about 7 inches of snow on top of an inch of ice. Then today it snowed about another inch with more to come. I love the snow but am ready for it to go away. I missed 4 days of school aready and don't have high hopes about next week.
This was after the first snow fall! The ruler is sitting on an inch of ice.
I guess I needed a snow day to get these uploaded! Well, I am technically on my 4th snow day so maybe I needed an extended vacation!
Here are the pitures we took when we went to visit Santa at Bass Pro- unfortunately there was a 2 hour wait! But I doubt Kolby would have been up for it.
Christmas up at the Lake! Kolby was really into the train set at Nanas. He also played with the boat and jeep set from Santa.
At Grand Daddy's and Mommy Dees. (Okay, there is only one but the battery died!)
I am a 3rd grade teacher and am in my last class of graduate school. It will be great to finish and have those extra hours of study to spend with my ever growing little boy!
